Paper Heart Love Bugs

We were very buzzzy fluttering around today, piecing together hearts (inch-by-inch), just to ensure that there were plenty of love bugs to be delivered in our mini mailboxes for Valentine's Day.

These cute little paper love bug crafts are pieced together using only construction paper heart cutouts of various sizes, pipe cleaners for antennae, and then glued together as very lovely buggies:

If you want to use these as actual Valentines, as soon as you finish crafting your love bugs and let them dry, you can glue them onto plain white or solid colored paper for writing space. Trim the extra paper edges around the entire shape. Cute as a bug... :-)
